Hey, how’s it going? My name is Darby Rollins. I am the founder and CEO of Gen AI University, and this is our YouTube channel where we share different training videos, tools, tips, and resources that we develop from inside of our community and our platform, which is focused on the education and the training and the continuous learning of how leaders can leverage AI to compete, collaborate, differentiate, and dominate their niche.

We have been developing trainings and programs around the use of generative AI in business since 2021, as the world’s very first Jasper AI user, with receipts to prove it. I have had the privilege to work with thousands of leaders and entrepreneurs and different marketing professionals at this point to integrate AI into their businesses and use it for very practical applications that drive results, save time, and increase the money that they are making.

Now, we do this by using a process that we developed over the past few years called the MarketSauce Method, which is a process for market research and competitive intelligence to get you inside the mind of your market and understand what drives your customers’ buying decisions at a deep level. And we do this leveraging AI technologies through our partners like Anthropic, like OpenAI, and other leading AI tools, to teach you how to do this on one end of the spectrum. But on the other end of the spectrum, we also provide done-for-you services and done-with-you coaching to help with implementing the things that you are learning about AI into your business, so we actually train you how to use it and make AI work for you.

So on this YouTube channel, you’re going to see different types of videos: interviews with other leaders in the space, demos where I’m sharing over-the-shoulder examples of how I’m using AI, some cool new tools we found, and you’ll also see insights from a number of our different programs and our masterminds that we host inside of Gen AI University. One being our Creator Plus Mastermind, which is our community at large that has been the foundation of our University since day one. And then we have separate masterminds that sometimes spawn in 90-day cohorts, sometimes they extend themselves out to be a little bit more comprehensive, maybe a six-month program, maybe a full-year container, depending on what level you’re working with us at. But all in all, these are all designed to help you leverage AI to accelerate your profits, save time, and expand your network.

Because in entrepreneurship, and in business, and as leaders, sometimes it can feel like we are going at this alone, that we are not connected to the others that are leading the charge on the cutting edge and are out on the front lines of the world of AI and business, and actually doing the thing. And so that’s one of the benefits that we hear quite often from inside of our community: it’s not only the resources, the trainings, the courses, and the programs that you could do and take, many of them at your own pace, and incredibly impactful, if not just for you but also for your team members to go through, but having the community, the accountability, the support, the weekly or monthly calls that you can opt in to join and connect, collaborate, see what other innovators are leveraging AI in a way to help create and adapt and grow their business with the speed of change that we are seeing right now.

And I can tell you one thing, if I’ve seen anything over the past few years in the world of AI, it is that the speed of change is really the only constant, and it’s getting faster every time we blink an eye, it seems. And so the purpose of Gen AI University is to help you as a leader and as an entrepreneur on the front lines to leverage these tools in your business, to make AI work for you, and to open up a line of communication with us in our community and our network to work together and collaborate and do great things leveraging AI for good and making a positive impact in the world.
