We Built An AI Tool To Help Create A Summit Event (MarketSauce Demo)

Darby here, and in this video I want to share with you how to quickly get started using our latest framework inside of the MarketSauce Studio, the AI Summit Builder. We’re going to be using and expanding on this particular framework over the next few weeks as we are testing out some additional prompting and frameworks to optimize the outputs, in preparation for our AI Summit hackathon here on March 1st, which you can get a virtual ticket to if you haven’t already.

Just a quick demo of how we’re going to be able to use this and operate it. So let’s say we want to put on an AI-powered summit for side hustle ideas into action, side hustle ideas. So you’re going to fill out each one of these. So fill out something like, with your big idea: educators teaching entrepreneur skills. Challenge: don’t build the soft skills entrepreneurs need to win. Desired outcome: get better at pitching biz ideas and communicating their big ideas. Hackathon details would be: come up with an idea and build a landing website for a real product or service. All right, and then special request is just going to be, keep this super simple and direct. It is a one-day summit where we host a live hackathon for educators to do with us and host in their classrooms, an 8-hour period, and we are sponsoring it with Gamma — not really right now, but that would be awesome — Gamma, so they can try out the presentation and landing page builder for free during the event and get special deals on classroom accounts, something like that. Super simple, super simple.

So now that we’ve added all the context here, all we’ve got to do is submit, and it’s going to intake that context, should ignore or figure out what I’m actually trying to say — spelling is not perfect — but it’s adding in the website for context. I click submit. Now we can see it starting to output the Game Plan. It’s a Chain of Thought summary, so each one of these is broken up into individual sections. It even built the whole live event engagement setup, yeah, so stuff to mitigate and avoid, time management, tech glitches.

So now once I have that, I can open up my chat function, so now it should take these instructions and build upon the content brief and the structure and the outline that we’ve given it here. Yeah, so now we see the materials are clear, five days before, just — again this is an example event — but you can see how just setting up these simple emails, landing page, build their actionable side hustle in a day, join the live hackathon for educators, and real MVP website using Gamma’s free presentation builder. So it’s taking the context that we gave it and formatting that in a simple landing page.

Where you can also say, give me a rundown of all the tech I would need based on your recommendations. We’re all testing out platforms pretty regularly, but we have a few that we stick with more often than not. A lot of people in our community use Gamma, Pickaxe is what the MarketSauce Studio is currently built in, and we use Pickaxe to create tools and resources, and some of those could be created for an event like this. But some of the resources, like people use GoHighLevel, WordPress, you could also use Beehiiv for just getting a simple newsletter up and running. See the branded visuals here, could use ChatGPT’s DALL-E for images, you could also use Midjourney. We use Make.com, a little bit of Zapier here and there, but mostly Make, and then some more of n8n.

Now, these are all things we’re going to be covering on the hackathon, but just for anyone that is looking to put on some sort of virtual event, especially if you’re trying to host a hackathon, whether it’s online or in person, there’s just certain things that you need to set up for the event. So if you have an idea or a question or something you want to ask for more information about, you can simply ask at conversational AI at this point, and it’s building on the context that you provided it. So the more time that you spend on the inputs that we provided at the beginning, the better sort of outputs we’re going to be seeing here.

And again, depending on where you’re building this, you could take this content and upload it into Gamma, and it could create a landing page for you very quickly. You could also utilize your own landing page builder and put this in action. Hopefully you see how quick and easy getting the AI Summit Builder set up inside of your MarketSauce Studio is, and then you can go back and refer to these chat logs if you want to go back, generate another summit idea, just remove the website and re-upload your big idea, ideal target audience, specific challenges, desired outcomes, summit hackathon details, and anything specific you want to request to get the ball rolling.
