Key takeaways
- Feeding client call transcripts into Claude with pointed questions can generate a full content strategy and calendar.
- A content strategy deliverable that used to take 15 hours took Hannah about 1 hour with Claude.
- The same prompt-and-transcript workflow can be reused across multiple clients once it's built.
How does Hannah use Claude to speed up client deliverables?
Hannah takes transcripts from client calls, asks Claude pointed questions about them, and has Claude build out the strategy documents her clients need — content strategy, content calendars, themes, and content buckets. Work that used to take her 15 hours now takes about an hour.
What deliverable did Claude help her build?
For a new client, Hannah used this process to generate a full April content strategy and content calendar in about an hour that same morning — including content ideas, themes, and buckets. She was actively creating the deliverable, and an Instagram post about it, while describing the workflow.
Why does this matter for her business?
Cutting a 15-hour deliverable down to roughly one hour effectively raises her hourly rate, since she can take on more client work in the same amount of time. She frames it as a system built specifically for onboarding new clients into her content strategy and brand development process.
Can this workflow scale to more clients?
Yes. Hannah describes it as a repeatable system: once she has the prompt structure that turns a call transcript into a strategy document, she can extend the same process to future clients rather than rebuilding it each time.

One of the wins I’ve been leveraging with Claude is that it just does such a better job compared to ChatGPT at hitting the nail on the head of my deliverables for clients. What I’ve been doing is taking transcripts from client calls, asking pointed questions about the calls, and then having Claude essentially spin up my strategy for my client. I had to build out a content strategy and content calendar for April for a new client, and I’m actually creating an Instagram post on this right now. It’s like something that used to take me 15 hours literally takes me one hour, and it’s just like, okay, wow, my hourly rate just went up significantly because I can do so much more with the time. So just in the last hour this morning, I generated a whole content strategy for a new client. We have the whole April calendar, all of the content ideas, themes, buckets — it’s just insane to me. So I’m loving it.
When we were getting started with this about six weeks ago, you were onboarding new clients into your process. Is this the first big roadblock you were focusing on from the playbook?
Yeah, that was a while ago. I feel like we did talk about month one — what are things that I can automate for clients. And so now I have a system: when I do bring a new client on, because I do content strategy and brand development, I can just feed this prompt essentially, along with the transcript, and it will generate a whole document. This can be extended to multiple clients in the future, which is awesome.
Helping you on the deliverable side from new clients that you’re onboarding, but instead of 15 hours of work on your end, it’s about an hour’s worth of work.
Yeah. Clip that for the testimonials.
