Published May 13, 2022 · 96 views on YouTube
Key takeaways
- The recipe takes three inputs: the person's name, the type of pain or situation they are dealing with, and who the card is from.
- You can add a personal touch, such as a joke, to customize the tone of the generated message.
- Running the recipe again with a different personal touch produces a different output, so it can be re-run until the message fits.
What does the Get Well Soon Jasper recipe do?
It’s a premium Jasper AI recipe from TheAiAuthor.com that writes a short, personalized get well soon card. You give it the recipient’s name, the type of pain or situation they’re dealing with, who the card is from, and an optional personal touch, and it generates a message you can send as-is or tweak.
What inputs does the recipe need?
According to the video, the recipe uses a simple set of variables:
- The person’s name (the recipient of the card).
- X — the type of pain or situation the person is dealing with.
- Y — where or how they’re dealing with it (for example, being in the ER).
- Z — who the card is from.
- An optional personal touch, like a joke, to add some personality to the message.
Can you customize the output?
Yes. The video shows adding a personal touch, first a joke to lift the recipient’s spirits, and then a more specific personal reference. Running the recipe again with a different personal touch produces a different card each time, so the recipe can be re-run until the tone and content feel right.
What did the example output look like?
The video shows a sample generated card addressed to “Sarah” that sympathizes with her situation, includes a chicken-related joke about getting her “wing” fixed, and signs off from the sender, Darby. It’s a short, casual message meant to be sent as a get well soon note rather than a formal card.

Hey everyone, Darby here. I want to show you this quick little recipe I put together for a friend of mine who is going through some pain right now, ended up in the ER recently, and I just wanted to send them a little get well soon card.
Wasn’t really sure what to say off the bat, so I figured I’d ask Jasper to help me out, and so we got this recipe. Now, for a get well soon card, it’s going to work like such: you can add in a personal touch, right here. So what I’ve added in is like a funny joke to lift their spirits up.
Then X is going to be the person dealing with a certain type of pain. Y equals in the ER. And then Z is who it’s from. And so an example of that is going to be included with this recipe, and this is an example output that we’ve done. So: “Dear Sarah, hope you get both better soon. No, it’s not fun being in the yard. At least you have a great sense of humor. I heard a joke the other day that would make you laugh: why did the chicken go to the ER? To get its wing fixed. Get well soon. Love, Darby.”
So again, if you want to do that, here we could add in like a personal touch, include a mention, let’s just say, of selling out of all your product next time you go live. So this is a little bit of a personal touch, and it’s probably not going to make sense to anyone watching this video, so I’m going to add that in up here. Same deal, we’ll run the recipe.
Very soon, you guys, soon I’m sorry, gonna be there for you, but glad you have your friends and family around, don’t worry. I’ll make sure to… “it’s a lot of our product next time we go live,” that doesn’t make very much sense. Let’s go ahead and run it again, see what we want to say.
Back soon, I don’t know, next time you go live I’m gonna sell all your products, make sure everyone’s gonna celebrate with us. That might be a little funny one. So yeah, just play around with it. You can go pretty much anything you want to do with it, and hopefully Sarah gets better soon. Cheers.
