What is Coachvox AI and what does it do for coaches?

Coachvox AI builds a conversational AI version of a coach, consultant, or entrepreneur using their existing content, methods, and frameworks. The AI runs around the clock, generating leads from the coach’s social media and website, engaging their audience, and in some cases even being sold as a paid product on the coach’s behalf.

How does a coach train their AI on Coachvox?

Training is described as a one-time process with several steps, shown in the video using an account called Lara AI, built for LinkedIn influencer Lara Costa.

  1. Brand the AI with an uploaded avatar, name, brand colors, and fonts.
  2. Enter a bio, approach to helping people, and personality, then use star sliders to match an exact coaching style.
  3. Add signature phrases, the specific things the coach says that their audience recognizes as their voice.
  4. Set up starter prompts, the first few topics people are most likely to ask about, with a count showing how often each is used.
  5. Upload knowledge, including blogs, books, and content transcripts, which Coachvox turns into training data, in this case over 2,000 lines for Lara.
  6. Use fine-tuning to have test conversations with the AI and rate responses on a 1-to-5 scale, editing lower-rated replies so the AI keeps improving toward the coach’s actual communication style.

What is a Coachvox share page and how does it generate leads?

The share page is a public, brandable page featuring the coach’s headshot, bio, social links, and other chosen links such as a newsletter signup or a booking call, alongside the embedded AI chat. Visitors must enter their name and email to start chatting, so the AI functions as the lead magnet itself: it captures contact information and then engages the visitor and moves them through the funnel based on their needs, which the video contrasts with a static lead magnet like a PDF or book that requires the reader to take further action on their own.

How do coaches track and manage the leads their AI generates?

The statistics dashboard shows how many people have chatted with the AI over the last 30 days and all time, the total responses given, and a training rate that should improve as the AI learns the coach’s style. The client chats section lists every lead’s first name, email, last name, and company name if collected, along with sign-up date and time. From there a coach can email a lead directly, remove them, or open the conversation to view a summary and the full transcript. Coaches can also edit a completion within a transcript to feed a corrected response back into the AI’s training data, and leads can be pushed automatically to a CRM through a Zapier integration.

What content creation tools are included in Coachvox?

Coachvox includes tools for creating blog posts, LinkedIn posts, and short-form content directly from a creator’s existing material, so they do not need a separate tool like ChatGPT for this. A creator outlines a big idea, describes the target audience, and clicks create; the tool combines their existing content and training data with the described audience to produce a draft they can view, copy, and schedule across platforms. Coachvox offers three different types of LinkedIn posts a creator can generate this way, plus blog post generation.

If you’re a coach, consultant, or entrepreneur with content, this one is for you. This is how you use that content to generate leads and scale beyond your time with AI. I’m stoked to have Jody Cook with us here for the summit. She’s the founder of Coachvox, and they make AI versions of thought leader coaches and consultants. Those AIs generate leads from the coach’s social media and website. They add value to their clients from within a membership or a group coaching program, and some of these coaches are even charging for access to the AI version of them. And these are not just chatbots — these are not just chatbots, these are conversational AIs. This product is a seriously cool lead-gen and engagement tool, and I asked Jody to give us a full tour around Coachvox so that you can see exactly how an AI version of you is built.

So when someone gets in, and this account is Lara, so she’s Lara Costa, she’s a LinkedIn influencer, she is very awesome, and we made the AI version of her called Lara AI. It has all her methods, all her frameworks, all her content, and it helps people get better on LinkedIn when she is asleep, because Lara AI is 24/7. So it generates leads on her behalf. It also roasts the content and the LinkedIn posts of people who engage with it, so that is its purpose.

When Lara logs in, she’ll see this. She has branded her AI, so she’s uploaded an avatar, she has got her name, her brand colors, her fonts. She’s chosen what data to collect. We’ve got other settings — people can charge for access to the AI version of them, but she has not got that set up because hers is a lead magnet.

How she trained her AI, this is the one-time process, and then once someone’s done with this they are done and it’s ready to go. She went into here and she specified her bio, her approach to helping people, her personality, tone of voice, and then she slid these star sliders to match her exact coaching style, and there’s so many different combinations here — it’s really cool. Conversation is where she added her signature phrases, the things that she says that her audience recognize as being her way of communicating. Next is engagement, so we’ve got starter prompts, and this is the first four topics that someone would ask her about the most common. We’ve got a count here so she can see exactly how much each one is used, but when someone sees the AI version of her, these are the kind of starter questions that are going to come up, to give them inspiration for what to say, because some people think, “Oh, blank chat, what do I talk about?”

In knowledge upload, this is where she’s uploaded her knowledge. So this is all her information, blogs, books, content, transcripts, and we turn them into robot training data here, which then goes in this section, so there you can see there’s over 2,000 lines, and this is her expertise, all of it laid out in the perfect way for an AI to do its thing on her behalf. And then this is where she would test it, so in fine-tuning what happens here is she would go in and train the starter prompts, but also just have a conversation back and forth with the AI version of her, see what comes back, and then rate the responses on a scale of one to five. If it’s one, two, three, or four stars, she would edit it, and then the AI is constantly improving on her style, learning how she communicates and doing that in future conversations, so we encourage creators to hang out in here for a little while until they’re happy with their AI and how it’s doing.

After that, we say create your share page. So the share page is a feature that we are very proud of, it’s very well used. Share pages look like this, so this is Lara, you can do light mode or dark mode. It’s got a headshot, her bio, links to her social media pages, four links that she’s chosen, including subscribe to my newsletter and book a one-to-one call, and then her AI here, and you can see the starter prompts in situ. Someone would have to enter their name and email just to start this chat because it’s a lead magnet, but you can see you don’t even need to leave her share page to enter your email address and start conversing. And we think that the AI version of someone is the ultimate lead magnet, because not only does it collect their email address, but also it engages with them, it moves them along the funnel based on them and their needs and what they want, compared to a book or a PDF where someone has to think to use it. So that’s the share page, right here, and then we have got the share page settings page, which is where someone would set that up, so that’s super simple as well.

Next, in clients under statistics, is where you can see the dashboard on how many people have chatted to your AI in the last 30 days, all time, the responses that it’s given all time, which is quite interesting, and then also it’s got a training rate here, so you should see that getting better over time as it learns your style and as it keeps coming up with responses that are exactly how you would have said this. This is exciting.

This is client chats, and so what happens here is that’s where all the leads go, and so someone sees the first name, the email address, the last name, and company name if they specified collecting that as well, of all the clients that have chatted with their AI. They see the sign-up date, they see the sign-up time, they can email them directly from here, they can bin them if they want, and you could also click on it to see the transcripts and the summaries of every single conversation. So you would see in this one, this is a conversation that they had on this date at this time. When you click open, you can see the entire summary of the conversation, so this is like a kind of report on your AI’s conversation with your client or with the lead, and then you can click on transcript and they would see the entire conversation. And for example, if they had a look at this and saw, okay, so the client said, “I had 1,500 connections, I wasn’t posting for a while until a couple of weeks ago,” and this is what Lara AI said back — if Lara decided her AI would have actually said something different, she could click on this, she could edit this conversation, she could edit the completion, and then that would go into her training data for next time so it knows.

All of these leads can automatically go across to someone’s CRM via Zapier, and we’ve got a Zapier integration that they would just set up in a couple of clicks, that’s super simple. Final thing to show you is content, so we have got some content creation tools, so we’ve got blog, LinkedIn, and short form. The idea behind all of this is that the creator has all their content in here so they don’t really need ChatGPT, they need their current content to combine with their audience’s challenges, and they need to use that to create new content. So come in here, they would outline a big idea, they would describe the target audience for the content, and then they would click create, and then it would come up in the view area, and then they would be able to click to view it, and then they could copy paste it and schedule it across all their platforms. And that’s the same for short form, for LinkedIn we’ve got three different types of LinkedIn posts that a creator can create from their content, and then blog as well, and so they can put in the kind of blog they want and it digs into training data and it finds stuff and it comes out with pretty good blogs.

That’s everything, that’s a kind of very quick tour of inside. Hopefully that helps. We’d love any questions, we’d love to know your thoughts, and yeah, hopefully it’s useful and you’re out and about and you meet people who would make amazing Coachvox creators. Thank you.

That was Jody Cook, founder of Coachvox, and not only is this an awesome way for using AI as a coach or consultant, but Jody told me that once you join Coachvox you get access to a creator community and you get the team’s expertise in setting up to have you get set up for success from the start and getting results. Jody is also extending an offer that if you sign up before the end of the year, you’ll get 50% off your first month with Coachvox. Just mention that you came with a Scale with AI Summit, plus when you head over to the Coachvox quiz, you’ll find out exactly how you would use the AI version of you inside of your business, so you get set up for success from the very start. Enjoy.
