How do you control what Claude can do in ClickUp?

Each tool inside the ClickUp connector has a permission setting you control: needs approval, always allow, or block. By default, most tools are set to needs approval, meaning Claude asks before taking that action. You can loosen or tighten this per tool depending on how much access you’re comfortable giving Claude over your organization’s data.
