A Company Brain in Two Hours: From Scattered Context to Shared Knowledge
By Darby Rollins · Published August 27, 2026 · 85 views on YouTube
Key takeaways
- Repeatedly pasting context is a sign that chat alone is not your operating system.
- Existing business material can become the starting point for a company brain.
- This is one reported outcome, not a guaranteed two-hour implementation.
When your business context lives across chat windows and scattered documents, working with AI can mean explaining the same things repeatedly. In this short case study, Darby describes helping an operator bring that context into a company brain during a two-hour session.
What problem was she trying to solve?
The operator wanted AI to do more for her business. She was using chat, repeating herself and reintroducing the same information. The friction was not simply a missing prompt: the business context was scattered.
What changed during the session?
Darby reports that they worked with existing material from Google Drive and finished with a built-out company brain. The Short does not show the resulting system or provide a detailed implementation walkthrough. It is a reported example of moving from repeated chat context toward an organized business knowledge base.
Is two hours the promise?
No. Two hours describes this particular session. Your scope depends on the material you already have and what you want your AI to support. The useful starting question is where your business context lives today and how often you have to explain it again.

And I was like, “Do you want to just see what we can knock out right now?” And so we just sat down for 2 hours and took all of her scattered context from all of her Google Drive, a level operators at the event.
