The Intensive Day
Think about what gets done in one full day when every hour is focused on building AI into your specific business. No presentations. No slides. No theory. Laptops open, whiteboards out, mapping and architecting and building from morning through afternoon and into dinner. This is a complete in-person experience in Austin, Texas.
Morning
Coffee, food, no icebreakers. Everyone shares what they build and where they are stuck. Ten minutes each. No slides. We establish what gets built today.
Full Day
Laptops open. Whiteboards out. Darby architects live Claude systems on real businesses while the group watches, contributes, and builds their own. This is over-the-shoulder implementation, not instruction.
Evening
We break for dinner as a group. The relationships formed over a full day of building together are part of what makes this work. The conversations at dinner are part of the experience.
The 90-Day Structure
This is the onboarding and the foundation. You arrive with your business. You leave with Claude systems running inside it. Everything built over the next 90 days connects back to what we start here. The 2-day option doubles the build time and goes deeper into implementation before the ongoing sessions even begin.
Two sessions every week for 90 days. We build. Not strategy decks, not hot seats. Live Claude implementation on your real business workflows, specific to what you are building.
Show up, open your laptop, build with the group. A small room of operators all building at the same time creates momentum that solo work never does.
Scheduled throughout the 90 days. Targeted to what the group is building: workflows, custom skills, automations, and Claude use cases specific to your business model.
